The Teacher Education and Educational Measurement Conference held in Broumana, Lebanon on March 26 and 27 was rich with innovative ideas and techniques to serve the theme of Educational Measurement for Continuous Professional Development. Plenary speakers from around the world shared their unique experiences in this domain. Professional Development through Clinical Supervision was the title of the paper I presented which is based on my experience as a middle level supervisor in several private schools in Lebanon.
